We are very proud to announce that Baozun has just signed an agreement to acquire Gap Greater China from Gap Inc., one of the largest American specialty apparel companies.
This deal marks the establishment of a new business line – Baozun Brand Management – that will leverage our leading technology portfolio for holistic omni-channel and data-driven brand management in Greater China.
Our Full Jet Founder and Chairwoman has been appointed President of this new line of business and Full Jet team is now fully focused on it.
