Baozun’s omnichannel operations covered 20 platforms, empowering 9 brands and their 1,318 offline stores to achieve O2O sales with over 100 million GMV. This is an increase of 65% in 2021 compared to 2020.
Finally, Baozun’s 618 online shopping capabilities include 2,000 square meter livestreaming studios and OMS peak capacities of 2.2 million orders per hour.
