The group wanted to further explore the online opportunities for the brands Max Mara and Max & Co.

In order to further maximize the potential of both brands, the objective was to define a strong online strategy and roadmap for China over the next three years.

Through a deep audit of the market and the brands, we provided Max Mara strategic e-commerce insights to develop their online potential in China and strengthen their ecommerce strategy and operations, including but not limited to, performance analysis, consumer journey, brand awareness and exposure, competitor strategies and best practice analysis, consumer portrait, Ecommerce and marketing strategies and plans, organization structure recommendation, detailed P&L including 6 scenarios for 3 years based on 2 channel mixes and 3 levels of investment.
